William Campbell - Founder and CEO
As the Founder and CEO of SolarShare, Crypto businesses are nothing new to William. As he previously founded and ExoWorlds, is managing Partner at VeChain Stats, and operates the New Moon Capital Digital Asset Investment Fund. William has 8 years of Financial and Crypto knowledge that he brings to the table, along with being a Brazilian citizen, which will be critical in the setup and operation of SolarShare as a Brazilian entity. William founded SolarShare and will spearhead the launch and operations of the project, boots on the ground.
As the COO of SolarShare, Eigirdas leverages an in-depth understanding of business development and the energy sector to advance the company’s mission. With extensive experience managing large-scale partnerships and growth initiatives for high-profile events like the Energy Tech Summit, as well as a previous role with Huawei Technologies, Eigirdas has cultivated valuable industry connections and driven impactful engagement. At SolarShare, Eigirdas focuses on operational excellence, coordinating strategies across teams, maintaining alignment with company goals, and ensuring the delivery of accessible solar energy solutions.
With over a decade of experience, Alex transitioned from presicion engineering as a CNC Technician and Automation Programmer to a leader in Blockchain and Web3 development. Now a Lead Blockchain Developer and Freelance Web3 Consultant, he designs decentralized applications and systems. Alex works with Web3, Smart Contracts as well as full-stack development. He has a notable reputation in the VeChain ecosystem as he has developed a range of applications, bots and contracts for a multitude of projects. His continuous professional development in blockchain technologies ensures innovative solutions that drive business value and technological advancement.
Charlotte Dawson is a data analyst and engineer based in Melbourne, Australia, specializing in end-to-end data solutions. She excels in gathering requirements, coding data pipelines, and maintaining high standards of data quality to create clear and impactful dashboards. Her experience includes roles as a developer and analyst at two of Australia's top banks, teaching computer science at a leading Australian university, and serving as the sole database analyst at a prestigious school. Proficient in Python, Golang, BigQuery/SQL, and C#, she focuses on efficient coding solutions for big data manipulation with a strong emphasis on security.
Laurynas is a skilled software engineer specializing in frontend development and blockchain integration. With experience at Synternet, he has implemented intuitive Web3 interfaces and advanced KYC tools, bridging frontend design with decentralized applications (dApps). Passionate about turning static designs into dynamic, user-friendly experiences, Laurynas ensures seamless and visually stunning user journeys. His web development and blockchain expertise supports SolarShare in tackling technical challenges and creating engaging, intuitive platforms in the evolving Web3 landscape.
Felix has been active in crypto since 2017, launching his first social media blockchain dApp in 2018 as CMO of APPICS. He has raised millions through ICOs, IDOs, and crowdfunding, built global Web3 communities, and driven adoption for blockchain projects. As co-founder of Social Mining, he helped scale decentralized ecosystems through community-led growth. With deep expertise in DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs, Felix plays a key role in SolarShare’s marketing, branding, and user engagement, bridging renewable energy and digital assets to drive real-world impact.
As Head of Operations in Brazil, Leonardo brings extensive leadership experience, having managed building maintenance teams for four years, retail operations for three years, and private household administration for two years. Currently, Leonardo leads SolarShare AG’s local solar operations, overseeing field teams, supervising solar farm construction and maintenance, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Gabriel began their professional journey in the car washing industry, where they developed a strong work ethic. They later joined the army, gaining invaluable discipline and practical skills that shaped their approach to challenges. Following military service, they transitioned into the IT sector, honing their technical expertise. At SolarShare, Gabriel plays a key role in the infrastructure division, supporting the Head of Infrastructure in overseeing the construction of new solar farms and actively participating in the maintenance of operational farms. They ensure all activities align with SolarShare's high standards of efficiency and quality.
Neel is a seasoned entrepreneur specializing in high-converting funnel design and SaaS solutions. As the founder of Conversion Designer and Template Builder, he empowers businesses to optimize customer acquisition with tools that cut funnel design time by 50%. With expertise in behavioral psychology and a proven track record in scaling businesses, Neel now brings his extensive experience to SolarShare, driving innovation, by helping create incredible designs, UI, and UX experiences. Neel is responsible for interacting with the Development and Design members of SolarShare to ensure a clean feel across the brand.
Business Administrator with a specialty in marketing, Postgraduate in Business Management, and holds an Economics degree from FACEBA. Certified in financial markets with CPA20 and SUSEP. He has 20 years of experience in the financial market and 18 years in the credit market.
